How to Bet Online

Betting online is more convenient, private and fun than visiting your local TAB outlet.

The corporate bookmakers offer an excellent service with a wide variety of sports betting options, and much smaller margins than the TAB. This means you get much more value for your money.

To bet online you need to

1) Register an account at one or more of the online corporate bookmakers
Sports Alive

2) Fund your account Corporate bookmakers offer a number of options to fund your account, including Credit Cards, BPAY, Internet Transfer, and online wallets like PayPal and Moneybookers. There are usually no fees for depositing money into your betting account, however different bookmakers may have different rules.

3) Start betting Choose the sport you want to bet on, which is usually found in a left hand navigation. Each bookmaker has a slightly different interface, but it doesn't take much to find the event you want to bet on, and a plethora of markets to keep you entertained.

4) Getting Paid Getting paid is also convenient, quick, and usually fee free too. Your winnings can be transferred to your bank account or your ewallet. Note however, that before getting paid you will need to provide proof of identity to the bookmaker.
